Work Authorization : USC, GC

Tax Term : C2C 

Job Description: 

Data Analyst (Level 2 – Junior candidate with 3-4 years of total exp would be best) -TOP PRIORITY

Current Team: 12 Data Analysts (half remote, half local)
Top 3 Skills: Python or R, SQL, Power BI (DAX expertise)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ET
Location: Must be in Cincinnati, onsite M/T/W, and TH starting 4/1
Interview Process: Phone call → Assessment → Panel interview

Prescreening: 3 unique questions; no prior scores transfer
 

Requirements:

• Experience with gathering, analyzing, and transforming large data sets from multiple databases, platforms, and vendors
• Proficiency in data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling
• Expertise in Power BI and other data visualization tools for building and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
• Experience implementing row-level security in Power BI to ensure secure report access based on job levels and locations
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and improve processes
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and support strategic objectives
• Proven ability to identify and communicate data-related issues and recommendations effectively
• Strong communication skills to provide data insights and solutions to leaders for decision-making

Nice to Have

• Experience with automating reporting processes and implementing advanced features in Power BI or similar tools
• Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques to support data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of data governance and best practices for ensuring data quality and security
• Previous experience working with retail operations or similar industries
