Ideally, someone local to the Dallas area, If not local – Resource is expected onsite for 1 week each quarter (So 4 weeks per this duration)
Must have Skills – Cyber Recovery – Admin / Cyber Recovery – Consult
Perform day-to-day vault operational tasks
– Knowledge of the Dell Cyber Recovery solution
– Experience with monitoring and daily operations of the Cyber Recovery Vault
- Optimize the Cyber Vault components to ensure a smooth run state
- Participate in the periodic data recovery and restore operations at the direction of the customer
- Provide knowledge transfer to the customer for PowerProtect Cyber Recovery and CyberSense operations
- Understanding of backup set reports, CyberSense
Scope and Positioning:
– Work at the direction of the customer for specific activities
– Responsible for keeping existing runbook documentation up to date
– Monitor and operate a functional Cyber Recovery vault that is already successfully implemented with documented recovery runbook
– Responsible for PowerProtect Cyber Recovery and CyberSense software operations and health and investigate all Cyber Sense alerts to resolution
– Create weekly report showing accomplishments, challenges and vault capacity/performance statistics and distribute to customer and Dell stakeholders
