Job Description: Senior QA Engineers
We are seeking two experienced Senior QA Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in either Playwright or Selenium automation frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test automation suites using Playwright or Selenium
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify testing needs
Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Analyze test results, identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights
Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage
Mentor and train junior QA team members on best practices and new technologies
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation
Proficient in either Playwright or Selenium automation frameworks
Hands-on experience in writing and maintaining robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation suites
Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including Agile, BDD, and TDD
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing platforms
Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
