• Participate in the development of business requirements ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and processes
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Conceptualize, design, code, and test ServiceNow solutions that deliver new system capabilities, system enhancements or defects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and AI-driven solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations, focusing on automation.
• Utilize Generative AI technologies to automate processes, such as workflow optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models and ServiceNow configurations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Automation Module and AI integrations.
• Provide guidance and best practices for integrating GenAI with ServiceNow automation processes.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and ServiceNow technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve solutions.
