- 7+ years proven track record in software product management for Contract Lifecycle Management systems, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, development, and support
- Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with interfacing with customers to understand their pain-points and needs and how to solve them.
- Practical knowledge of business processes, enterprise applications
- Solid knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management a must
- Knowledge in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity preferred
- Ability to understand complex integrations and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.
- Proven ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies.
- Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; effectively facilitating teams to successfully resolve issues.
- Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India.
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for developing and executing plans and actions.
- Collaborate with various internal customers (e.g Contract Ops, Revenue Ops, Legal Ops) to understand their requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management Systems and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmap
- Collaborate with the Privacy and Security teams to understand their requirements for Data Privacy and Security and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmap when needed
- Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap
- Drive alignment and communication with partners with conflicting demands
- Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering & design teams
- Effectively present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates
- Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
- Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
