- Managing Configuration & Layout based on Enterprise Scaling operating model (Large Scale, Small scale) Default dashboards, announcement banners, Project Navigations, default navigation links, Configuring Built-in Fields, Specifying Field Behavior, Configuring Global Settings, advance JIRA Configurations Integrating JIRA with Code Development Tools, Plugin installation and configuration, Advanced workflow configuration, JIRA Automation implementation Version upgrades, Publishing Release notes, Post Upgrade/release issues.
- Access Management, Managing Users & Groups, Configuring User, managing User Default Settings, Configuring JIRA Security settings, Configuring Issue-level Security, Managing JIRA Project Permissions, Managing JIRA Project Roles, Managing Global Permissions Support ad-hoc requests based on available band width of team members.
