ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist Certification or Certified Application Developer required
Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with the Solutions Architect to support ServiceNow out of box and customized solutions
· Configure and customize ServiceNow modules by creating and updating forms, scripts, reports, dashboards, catalog items, data imports, UI Actions, ACL’s etc.
· Experience integrating ServiceNow with SSO and LDAP core configurations
· Creating/modifying Automation behind Application, Forms, and Processes
· Must be familiar with ServiceNow customization using JavaScript, XML, HTML, JSON, AJAX, SOAP/REST. Jelly is a plus
· Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration
· Experience with the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework, Event Management and Cloud modules
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more implementations of ServiceNow is required
· ITIL Foundation certification is required
· Experience as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist Certification or Certified Application Developer required
· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts with experience operating in Scrum teams
· Valid driver’s license required, limited travel to customer sites
