Position: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Houston TX (Onsite)
Duration: Contract

Job Details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set goals, establish timelines, and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery. ​
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, management, and development teams, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. ​
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. ​
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and consultants, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient collaboration. ​
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to Salesforce best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. ​
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on Salesforce projects. ​
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is highly desirable. ​
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Experience with project management tools like JIRA or MS Project is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
