Job Description:
Our esteemed financial services client is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and experience, particularly in cloud security and systems administration. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the security posture of our client’s cloud infrastructure.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
- Certifications: Relevant cloud and security certifications (e.g., CCSK, AWS, Azure)
- Experience:
- 8 years of IT/Engineering experience (US-based work only)
- 5 years in security and systems administration
- 3 years of experience with SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cloud security strategies to safeguard infrastructure.
- Manage and administer security across various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure cloud-based solutions.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Perform regular security assessments and audits.

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred but not mandatory)
