Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
• Configure and support services running on various platforms to ensure seamless IT infrastructure operations.
• Offer hardware/software support and implement operating system-level technology across server and network areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues efficiently, addressing basic to intermediate challenges.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by collaborating, managing teams, and contributing to team decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and drive impactful decisions.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance system performance and optimize efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in infrastructure engineering.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on infrastructure engineering best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

1. VMware platform knowledge
2. Aria Operations (vRealize Operations)
3. IT Infrastructure Operations

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Automation knowledge
2. Agile Fundamentals
