Job Title:   Project Manager/ Lead Service Delivery

Location:   Atlanta, GA/ Houston, TX/ St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

Duration:  6 Months (Possibility for extension)

Must have: Windows operating systems, Networking, & Healthcare exp.

 

Job Description:

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the upgrade process
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work with client to plan migration schedule

 

Project Planning:

  • Create detailed project plans and schedules for Windows 11 upgrades
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to establish project timelines and milestones

 

Resource Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to allocate appropriate resources for each project
  • Liaise with technical staff to communicate project requirements and timelines
  • Manage resource scheduling to ensure optimal utilization and project efficiency

 

Progress Tracking and Reporting:

  • Implement and maintain a robust system for tracking project progress
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and address any delays or issues that may impact project timelines

 

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all upgrades meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations
  • Conduct post-upgrade evaluations to confirm successful implementation
  • Gather and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement

 

Technical Coordination:

  • Work with technical teams to understand the upgrade process and potential challenges
  • Facilitate communication between clients and technical staff to resolve issues
  • Stay informed about Windows 11 features and compatibility with medical devices

 

Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures for the upgrade process
  • Prepare reports for management on project status, challenges, and successes

 

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project management or service delivery roles
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations and medical devices preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and upgrade processes
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus

Must have: DesignBuild, SD-WAN, Wireless, Bill of Material (BOM), OT Segmentation, Level 4 support, Wireless

 

Job Description:

  • Must Have experience on the Network & Security technologies on the Design & build and also OT Network expertise.
  • Network Design, Bill of Material, Visio experience, Strong on Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco LAN, Cisco Wireless and Experience in Cisco DNAC
  • Advantage experience – Juniper MIST, Voice Knowledge

Job Title:   Network Security Engineer

Location:   Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)
Duration:  6-12 Months

Visa type:  H1B

 

Must have: Cisco DNAC, SD-WAN, Palo Alto, Firewall, F5 Load balance, Level 4 support, Wireless

 

Job Description:

  • Palo Alto Firewalls (Mandatory at 8 out of 10minimum), Cisco ASA, F5 Load balance

 

Purpose of the Role:

  • Focus on the overall security engineering of the global network to safeguard against malicious attack. Provide engineering and technical support, security consulting, and implementation aspects related to security firewalls and associated infrastructure. Work with Supplier Chief Architect, Service Delivery/Project Managers and Change Managers to ensure the successful design, development, and implementation of activities in the network infrastructure. Assist with operational issues with Supplier Service Delivery Manager(s) if required.

 

Core Role Tasks

  • 6+ years of security experience deploying and managing Cisco and Palo Alto firewall platforms and associated infrastructure
  • Experience and knowledge of industry Network standards and protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and QOS design
  • Knowledge of secure network infrastructure, understanding core security concepts, managing secure access, VPN encryption, firewalls, intrusion prevention, web and email content security
  • Hands on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and monitoring of a secure network
  • LAN/WAN IP infrastructures including routing, switching, wireless networks
  • Have knowledge in VPN, VRF, MPLS, and network routing, excellent knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Have working knowledge of Palo Alto and Cisco ASA Networks products, with a focus on Next-Generation Firewall and some comparative technologies
  • Experience that emphasizes L2-L4 Networks (L2 Switching architectures including Spanning Tree, IP routing that includes OSPF and BGP, and L4 Load balancing)
  • Understand and effectively present security platform to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build and assist with daily requests of changes to firewall policies
  • Assist as needed with support and management of the deployed PAN infrastructure including clusters of firewalls, Panorama, and Panorama logging devices; assist with support and management of Cisco firewalls
  • Provide troubleshooting support to address firewall related issues
  • Deliver improvements and recommendations for the firewall solutions post deployment
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based security offerings
  • Working knowledge of cloud service provider networking architectures (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player and willing to learn
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems and find a systematic approach to gain a quick resolution
  • Mature and effective time-management skills

 

Minimum Requirements (Inc. Educational)

  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders
  • Strong teamwork
  • Experience in supporting global projects

 

Additional Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in network security
  • Security Certification: Cisco Security CCNP, Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Associate (PCCSA)
