Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager & Scrum Master

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager & Scrum Master to drive the successful execution and delivery of Salesforce projects while ensuring Agile best practices are adhered to. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce implementations, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. This role requires expertise in project planning, sprint management, risk mitigation, and collaboration between business and technical teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and risk management strategies.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, business goals, and compliance requirements.
• Act as a Scrum Master by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster an Agile mindset, ensuring efficient sprint execution and continuous improvement.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize user stories, and drive Agile ceremonies effectively.
• Remove roadblocks and empower teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between business users, developers, admins, and Salesforce architects.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to executives, stakeholders, and teams.
• Work with Salesforce product owners, developers, and business analysts to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Oversee Salesforce configurations, integrations, data migration, and automation efforts.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance frameworks, security policies, and DevOps best practices.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption for Salesforce rollouts.
• Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and Agile maturity.
• Identify process improvements to optimize sprint velocity, team efficiency, and system performance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, Agile trends, and project management best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce project management and Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar Agile tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development processes, Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred.
• Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst, or PMP Certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
