Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Citrix Senior SME to manage BAU operations and project deployments in Azure and AWS environments. The candidate should have deep hands-on expertise in Citrix Cloud, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), FSLogix, Azure services, automation via PowerShell, and Azure Monitor. Must be capable of independent infrastructure management, troubleshooting, architecture consultation, and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Citrix Cloud (CVAD, NetScaler, FSLogix) on Azure and AWS.

Troubleshoot complex Citrix VDI, image updates, policy admin, profile issues.

Deploy, migrate, and optimize Citrix environments.

Configure Citrix MCS, Cloud Gateway Services, HA/Load Balancing.

Advise on Citrix architecture best practices (performance, cost, security).
Must-Have Skills:
