Role Description:
Vendor certification on Chromeleon is a nice to have
• Should have hands on experience of configuration and maintenance of Chromeleon environment, ensuring optimal performance and data security.
• Should have worked on Chromeleon with multi-vendor instruments (Waters, Agilent, Thermo, Varian, Shimadzu, PerkinElmer)
• Understand architecture of clients Chromeleon setup and their impact on the overall functioning of the systems
• Should perform validation(IQ/OQ/PQ) for Chromeleon
• Should have worked in regulatory environment (USFDA, UKMHRA)
• Knowledge of Networks (LAN/WAN), Servers
• An exposure to LIMS and SDMS is desirable
• Scientific Data Migration Knowledge is desirable
• Knowledge of PL/SQL is desirable
• Provide technical infrastructure planning and implementation services
• Should have experience in developing and optimizing chromatographic methods within Chromeleon.
• Customer facing ability, analytical ability, communication, and articulation skills.

Job Title : Stress Engineer
Work Location : Red Oak TX – (Day 1 Onsite at customer location)

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Perform sizing and support analysis activities for design changes, improvements, and new aircraft development programs.
- Support the design process from initial concept through final production, ensuring the aircraft meets or exceeds all technical requirements.
- Support different teams to ensure a quality product with supporting documentation are produced.
- Write structural substantiation reports, that meet technical compliance to program, and certifying authority, requirements and guidelines.
- Create new and/or update existing certification Detail Finite Element Models.
How to thrive in this role?
- You possess a B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in aircraft structural substantiation analysis.
- You have proficiency in classical stress (static) analysis methods.
- You have a proficiency and experience in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) analysis methods and tools (i.e Nasgro).
- You have proficiency in classical analysis methods.
- You have proficiency in FEM based analysis tools (MSC Patran/Nastran, Altair Hypermesh) developing/running DFEMs and also GFEMs (loads models).
- You have knowledge of interactions between loads and structures.
- You have knowledge and experience of structural sizing methodologies.
- You have an understanding of civil aircraft certification rules and experience in certification procedures.
- You have proficiency with CATIA V5, Enovia applications – preferred.
