Location: Charlotte/Raliegh , NC  / New Jersey / Dallas, TX  (Onsite)

• Call Recording – 5+ years’ experience
• Interaction Analytics – 3+ years’ experience
• NICE Engage and/or Verint I360 – 2+ years’ experience
• NICE Nexidia and/or Verint Speech Analytics – 2+ years’ experience
• Hitachi HCP or Storage Grid – 1+ year experience
• Wilmac Continuity Replay – Nice to have
• Contact Center solutions for large Enterprise – 5+ years’ experience
• Cloud storage integration – 1+ year experience
• Agile Kanban methodology – 3+ years’ experience
• MSSQL Server Administration – 5+ years’ experience
• Windows Server Administration – 5+ years’ experience
• Linux RHEL 8 Server Administration – 5+ years’ experience
• Bash/Korn shell scripting – 2+ years’ experience
• PowerShell Scripting – 2+ years’ experience
