Role Overview
Service Management Project Manager, a self-driven individual who would be accountable for managing & driving end-to-end ITSM programs (constituted of multiple projects). Examples of projects could be e.g. to implement various ITIL® processes utilizing tools like ServiceNow® etc., service catalog transformation, drive automation across IT services & respective technical processes etc.
Job Description:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assess project requirements, review strategies, Drive decision, implementation, and governance.
- Managing several key/strategic projects at any given point in time preferably for ITSM
- Stakeholder Management (internal/ client) up to the Director/ VP career stage while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Handling commercial acumen i.e. Estimation, Budgeting, Earned Value Analysis, Maintaining GM & OI
- Maintaining strong business communication, presentation, and conflict management
- Maintaining and delivering quality metrics, burn down charts, progress, and status reporting at Portfolio Level
- Managing relationships & status reporting within the organization, with clients & applicable third parties
- Managing internal and external dependencies for the projects
- Create and track a plan to deliver the program goals, including the technical implementation plan.
- Manage dependencies across platform and technology teams to deliver transparency and visibility for key deliverables.
- Scope (requirements)/ backlog management, quality management and risks and issues management
- Create & manage end-to-end program plans.
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of overall project
- Accountable & lead to deliver agreed solutions with agreed quality.
Desired Skills/Requirements:
- Graduate (minimum), MBA (IT/Operations) is preferred.
- 8-10 years of minimum project management experience in IT
- ITIL® or ITSM certifications preferred. PMP certification is desirable.
- Exposure to Service Management tools like ServiceNow, Summit, Cherwell, BMC Remedy, HPSM or any other equivalent industry standard ITSM tool (ServiceNow® or Summit is preferred)

Job Description:
- Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices.
- Experienced of implementing ITSM + (one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD)
- Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
- Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation
- Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
- Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server
Must Have Experience
- Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance.
- Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmts. and Orchestration use cases.
- Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management
- Experience of custom applications development
- Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration use case implementation.
Good to have Experience.
- Experience in working on Performance Analytics
- Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
- Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred.
Academic and Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow required.
- 8+ years of experience with IT Industry required.
- Certified System Admin
- CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping
- ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.

- Solutioning and Design the ITOM solution using industry best practices.
- Advise, design and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other CMDB tools.
- Experience with CMDB design, architecture and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow CMDB model and extensions
- Hands-on development to include creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods
- Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases.
- 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow
