Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and business process optimization. The role requires experience with enterprise supply chain processes and a deep understanding of data quality monitoring.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Business & Data Analyst experience with a data-oriented and organized approach.
- Familiarity with contracting processes, such as contract issues and resolutions (nice to have).
- Proficiency in Excel (including XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Pivot Tables, and Data Aggregation).
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality and documentation.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and peers to drive solutions.
- Preferred experience with WSS (Workday Strategic Sourcing) and Contract Management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, including data quality monitoring and compliance testing.
- Experience with Enterprise Supply Chain Source to Pay process, particularly contracting.
- Ability to analyze data and extract KRIs and KPIs, summarizing results for reporting purposes.
- Aggregating data for periodic reporting and ad hoc reports.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, graphs, and data aggregation.
- Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate data insights.

- Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Focus on data quality and process improvement.
- Clear communication to stakeholders and the ability to maintain strong functional relationships.
