Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and business process optimization. The role requires experience with enterprise supply chain processes and a deep understanding of data quality monitoring.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Business & Data Analyst experience with a data-oriented and organized approach.
• Familiarity with contracting processes, such as contract issues and resolutions (nice to have).
• Proficiency in Excel (including XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Pivot Tables, and Data Aggregation).
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and peers to drive solutions.
• Preferred experience with WSS (Workday Strategic Sourcing) and Contract Management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, including data quality monitoring and compliance testing.
• Experience with Enterprise Supply Chain Source to Pay process, particularly contracting.
• Ability to analyze data and extract KRIs and KPIs, summarizing results for reporting purposes.
• Aggregating data for periodic reporting and ad hoc reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, graphs, and data aggregation.
• Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate data insights.
