JOB DESCRIPTION:
Java Full stack Developer
Duration: 5+ months plus contract (possible extension)
Location: HYBRID W/ ONSITE REQUIREMENT – 3 days onsite (T,W,T)
McLean, VA / Richmond, VA / Plano, TX / New York City, NY
About the project:
· The project will involve building something from scratch, requiring a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
· This role requires a combination of back-end and front-end skills with an emphasis on AWS cloud services and React for UI development.
· Candidate must be having hands on experience on GraphQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
· Candidates previously submitted for earlier iterations of the position are not being considered due to a lack of required experience.
Top 5 Skills:
· Java
· Scala with 4-5 years of experience (IMPORTANT AS THE PROJECT WILL BE DEVELOPED IN SCALA)
· React with 4-5 years of experience (MANDATORY; ANGULAR EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED)
· AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, RDS, S3).
· Microservices architecture.
