Job Description:
- We urgently need an IBM DataStage Architect currently working with this tool.
- Many candidates have worked on it many years ago. Latest knowledge is critical for this tool.
- Ideally, we want someone with migration/upgrade experience from DataStage 9.x to 11.x. Mandatory
- Banking experience is a major plus.

DataStage 9 (DS9) –
- OS – Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
- Version – DataStage Information Server 9.1.2
DataStage 11 (DS11) –
- OS – Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard
- Version – DataStage Information Server 11.7.1 Service Pack 1
- Details their existing DataStage setup, including job designs and data flows.
- Information on their data sources, targets, and integration points.
- Issues with the DataStage setup, including error handling and performance concerns.
- Examples of recent errors and their operational impact.
- Desired outcomes, such as error rate reduction and job performance improvement.
- Specific metrics or KPIs they want to enhance.
We may need to speak or be prepared with:
- Recommendations and best practices for error handling and detection.
- Outline our approach and methodology for the assessment.
- Include relevant case studies or success stories if any.
