Qualifications:

– Over five years of hands-on experience with SAP’s Customer Service and Service Management modules.

– Thorough knowledge of the configuration and management of Service Notifications, adept at overseeing both Field Repairs and Depot Repairs, and experience managing external repair processes.

– Proficiency in handling Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA), warranty scenarios, crafting and managing service contracts, as well as maintaining Equipment master data and associated billing practices.
