Key Responsibilities:
a. Provide solutions for tickets at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 within the SAP SCM/SPP domain submitted by clientele.
b. Undertake modification of system configurations, rectification of software defects, author comprehensive test documentation, and manage the implementation process.
c. Facilitate and drive discussions with the client to ensure clear communication and understanding of issues and expectations.
d. Respond to and resolve any escalated concerns or challenges in a timely and effective manner.
e. Oversee the daily operations and performance of the support team, providing leadership and direction as required.
