Essential Educational and Professional Background:
– A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline is required.
– At least 8 years of professional involvement with the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation system is essential.
– Demonstrated proficiency in handling data integration, overseeing data management practices, and conducting sophisticated data analysis.
Desirable Expertise and Skills:
– Command over SQL tactics, adept in structuring data models and versed in the execution of ETL routines.
– Capable of leveraging APIs and various data integration methodologies effectively.
– A robust grasp of the concepts surrounding data protection and information security.
– Knowledgeable about Oracle Customer Experience (Cx) suite applications.
– Prior involvement with tools such as Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Oracle Sales Planning, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Application Express (APEX) is a plus.
– Excellent capacity for conducting thorough analyses and resolving complex problems.
– Stellar verbal and written communication abilities, accompanied by strong interpersonal skills.
– Aptitude for both autonomous work and collaborative efforts within a team setting.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard, with precision and accuracy.
