Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Talent Succession Focus

Role Overview:
Seeking an adept individual to lead the technological, procedural, and functional elements of implementing Talent Succession through Oracle HCM Cloud systems. The candidate will work closely with clients to assess current configurations and strategically deploy Talent Succession enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
– Evaluate and enhance Talent Succession strategies within Oracle HCM Cloud alongside client stakeholders.
– Perform extensive design audits of existing Talent Management frameworks and spearhead the expansion strategy within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
– Offer thought leadership with over a decade of specialized knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
– Advise on best practices by presenting multiple, viable options and guiding the client with expert-level recommendations.
– Act as a liaison to foster clear and effective communication within the project team, ensuring seamless integration of various project components.
– Actively participate in critical meetings to navigate through any challenges, mitigate risks, and make decisive choices to keep the project on track.
– Consistently update the Project Manager with comprehensive progress reports and key performance details.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
– Minimum of 10 years of specialized experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly with Talent Management and Succession Planning modules.
– Demonstrable history of successful client partnerships in consulting and design operations for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
– Proven ability to apply best practices in complex business process environments.
– Strong interpersonal skills to align various teams and integrate work streams.
