Candidates need to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week, and always.

Job Summary:
Seeking a talented Java Developer with specific experience in generating and managing AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) PDF forms, particularly with XDP design. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in the development and maintenance of software solutions related to client correspondence systems.

Key Duties:
– Develop and manage PDF forms using XDP within the AEM platform.
– Author and maintain robust Java programs in alignment with project requirements.
– Carry out additional tasks as directed by the management team.
– Communicate efficiently with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
– Contribute to a collaborative team environment through proactive knowledge sharing and a positive attitude.

Educational Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
– A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Java and J2EE technologies, as well as XML, is necessary.
– At least 1 year of experience in generating AEM PDF forms utilizing XDP is highly preferred.

Required Skills:
– A solid foundation in Java and related J2EE technologies, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
– Proficiency in creating AEM PDF forms via XDP, with at least 1 year of specific experience.
– Expertise in object-oriented and functional programming concepts.
– A comprehensive understanding of the Java concurrency framework.
– Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and the application of these within the Java collections framework.
– Familiarity with Java exception handling, garbage collection mechanisms, and generics usage.
– Experience in crafting unit tests, particularly using JUnit.
– Awareness of frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, with hands-on experience being advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Prior involvement in full lifecycle development projects with a focus on high-quality output.
– Eagerness to keep abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in Java application development.
– Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
– Certification in Java programming or AEM development is a plus.
