Job Description:
The right individual is a healthcare enthusiast, keen on using AI to tackle significant challenges in the industry. You will be among the first engineers to join the SullyAI team and close closely with the co-founders. You will be responsible for building out the product’s core components, growing and building out the engineering team and taking the product to the next level.

Credentials
- BS/MS/PhD in CS or a related field.
- 4+ years of industry experience developing widely used products.
- 2+ years’ experience working on comprehensive full-stack solutions.
- Experience leading engineering teams is a big plus

- Enhancing existing systems and building new ones from scratch by yourself and/or by leading other engineers
- Creating new APIs (along with proper documentation) from scratch.
- Cultivating a culture of engineering excellence.
- Recruitment of top-tier talent.
- Identifying optimum third-party tools and services for build-outs, serving as a tech spokesperson during talks with partners.
- Leading and stimulating a high-performing engineering team.
