Data Integration Engineer: Someone who is familiar with both Azure Data Factory and Azure API Management.
Also has experience with DB activities including backup and restore.

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Databases. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based data solutions within the Azure ecosystem, focusing on optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure SQL Database Management: Oversee performance tuning, backups, disaster recovery, and security for Azure SQL Databases. Design scalable and secure database solutions and perform regular maintenance.
- Azure Data Factory (ADF) Integration: Develop and maintain efficient ETL pipelines using ADF, ensuring reliable data ingestion, transformation, and loading into Azure SQL Databases.
- Data Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, and conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet data requirements, optimize workflows, and provide technical guidance on best practices.
- Automation & Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to automate routine tasks and optimize existing processes, including developing scripts and tools.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of database architectures and processes, and provide regular performance and compliance reports.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in Azure SQL Database administration, including performance tuning and security.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory for data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Azure API Management and database backup/restoration activities.
- Strong knowledge of data security, compliance, and cloud-based data management.
