Business/Technical Systems Analyst to transform the business requirements into a set of technical transformations required for the model and development of tables and views.  The resource should be able to work with customers, Software Engineers, Architects, and other team members to

•             Understand the business requirements

•             Create and maintain technical requirements to drive quality business solutions.   This includes determining table layout and joins to transformation “raw” data to Fit For Purpose tables

•             Support various aspects of requirements testing (e.g. testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production defects are realized and completing analysis of the results tying back to customer impacts

Required Qualifications

•             3-5 years of experience as an analyst

•             Experience with source-to-target mapping of data

•             Experience with analysis of business problems/needs

•             Excellent written & verbal communication skills

•             Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

•             Analytical skills

•             Report writing

•             Write requirement documents

•             SQL

•             BigQuery

•             Agile methodology

•             Agile project management

•             Healthcare or health insurance experience

Preferred Qualifications

•             Bachelor’s Degree

•             Experience with Google Cloud Platform preferred
