Job Title: Business Systems Consultant IV (IT Vendor Management)
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates local to Oregon or willing to relocate)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Expert-level experience in IT contract negotiation and management, particularly in large-scale or complex environments.
- Communication and Reporting: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and legislators.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing IT projects, with strong skills in integration planning and strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to develop and assess performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team and build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in healthcare delivery, health reform, or the health insurance industry.
