Role: Business System Analyst with Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFDC Commerce) and Zuora Location: San Francisco, CA/ SanJose, CA (Day 1-Onsite, Candidate needs to work 3 Days at Client Office-Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Duration: 12+ Month
Mandatory Skill sets Required. • 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or similar role. • Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFDC Commerce) required. • Experience with Zuora or other billing platforms is Mandatory. • Proficiency in writing requirements, user journey stories, test scripts, and conducting QA/UAT testing. • Experience working with Legal, Sales Ops, Finance, Tax, and IT teams. • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, including participation in stand[1]ups and sprint planning. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs. • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs connecting SFDC with billing systems. • SFDC Commerce certifications are a plus
