Location: Philadelphia, PA / hybrid (1-2 days a week on site client site)

Job Description:

Required Exp: 10+ Years Must 

Healthcare Background is a must. 

Strong in SQL: Hands on experience in Writing Complex SQLs using various functions like Ranking, Partition, Aggregations etc., analytical functions and UAT including critical problem-solving experience.

Business Analyst: Experience in Analyzing and defining end to end Business Process for Data warehouse ETL applications and support postproduction activities.  

Data Analysis & Profiling: Experience in data cleansing, transformations, normalizations and discover information’s from multiple sources. Having good analytical skills to identify logic to remove erroneous data and provide solutions to transform data for business requirements.  

Data Warehouse: Experience in Slowly changing Dimension concepts, facts, dimensions, and different schemas. And modeling expertise is a plus.  

BSA Documentation: Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents and Source-to-Target Mapping documents for the development of Data Warehouse ETL applications. And provide walkthroughs to Dev/Test teams and perform UAT for requirement conformance.  

Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills.

Healthcare: Good knowledge in Payer, Provider, Membership and Claim.
