Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure project success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Manage business requirements throughout the SDLC, ensuring alignment with project goals and business needs.

·       Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

·       Plan and execute business analysis activities, developing estimates for tasks and ensuring adherence to timelines.

·       Elicit requirements using various techniques, including interviews, workshops, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, and analysis of existing systems documentation.

·       Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and escalating critical issues as needed.

·       Utilize strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills to drive discussions and decision-making.

·       Create and manage wireframes to visualize requirements and improve user experience.

·       Leverage tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow to enhance project collaboration and tracking.

Qualifications:

·       8-10 years of business analysis experience, specifically in the P&C insurance sector.

·       Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience managing requirements effectively.

·       Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders.

·       Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.

·       Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and leading discussions to gather requirements.

·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
