Position: Business Analysis with FX domain
Location: Remote

Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or System Analysis, specifically within the payments and FX domain.
- As a Senior Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that our payment systems are scalable, efficient, and secure.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance our payments and FX capabilities.
- Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders, including product managers, financial operations, and IT teams, to gather and document detailed business requirements related to payments, foreign exchange, and financial transactions.
- System Analysis & Design: Analyze current systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Design functional specifications and ensure they align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Payments & FX Systems Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in payments processing, including international payments, FX transactions, SWIFT protocols, and card payments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., PSD2, ISO20022, EMV).
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to clarify business needs and ensure alignment.
- Business Process Mapping: Document and analyze current and future state business processes to understand workflow and ensure that solutions meet both business and regulatory requirements.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts, create test cases, and ensure the proper functioning of payment and FX systems post-implementation.
- Identify and resolve any defects or gaps in system performance.
- Project Management Support: Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of business requirements. Regulatory & Compliance Focus:
- Stay informed about the latest industry regulations and ensure that payment and FX systems are fully compliant with applicable laws and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize payment flows, reduce friction in FX transactions, and enhance user experience through innovative solutions and automation.
