Role:  Business Analyst (SAP and UAT Exp.)
Location:  Hybrid Miami Lakes, FL (Local Only)

Requirements:
• Availability to work 2 days/week at the Client’s site in Miami Lakes, FL (required);
• Experience working as Business Analyst (1-3+ years);
• Experience with SAP;
• Experience working in Agile program development methodology;
• Experience with the application testing process for internal and external applications;
• Experience with end-to-end user acceptance testing;
• Experience executing test scripts, reporting defects accurately and thoroughly, and retesting efficiently.

Responsibilities 

include but are not limited to the following:
• Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis;
• Ensure all processes are well documented;
• Build a strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution;
• Conduct basic operational analyses that support informed decision-making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr. Business Analyst, Business Analyst I, or immediate supervisor with mentoring and guidance;
• Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development.
