Job Description :
o Overall 8+ Years of experience
o Experience in Client Management and Business/System Analysis Role.
o Experience in HealthCare or Pharmaceutical industry with clinical trial expertise is must.
o Good to have knowledge in Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS)
o Good to have knowledge in salesforce.
o Experience in working in Agile teams with having a knowledge of agile tools like JIRA, ADO and Target Process.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to express thoughts and ideas to stakeholders.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with experience using Excel for data analysis
o Self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and comfortable working with technical and business teams.
o Backlog management skills and understanding product engineering mindset.
o Exposure of project deliverables in an agile environment, implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery mind-set.
o Exposure to Scrum framework and relevant certifications are plus points
