Responsibilities and Duties:

This job supports one or more analytical aspects of the application product life cycle, including capability enablement with cross-team dependencies within a product scope.

•             Elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis)

•             Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (using tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.)

•             Process modeling

•             Data analysis and modeling

•             User story creation and grooming

•             Defining acceptance criteria

•             Stakeholder management and communication

•             Requirements prioritization and trade-off analysis

•             Gap analysis

•             Business case development

•             Other duties as assigned or requested

Required Qualifications:

•             Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related discipline

•             7+ years in a Senior Business Systems Analyst role or experience in a related operational area. 

•             Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

•             Database concepts (SQL, relational databases)

•             Understanding of different system architectures (e.g., cloud, on-premise)

•             Understanding of how data is stored, accessed, and manipulated

•             Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint

•             Mentoring junior analysts

•             Project management skills (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)

•             Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

•             Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills

•             Collaboration and teamwork skills

•             Conflict resolution

•             Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

•             Communication skills, leadership, highly organized, responsible, thorough, detail-oriented

•             Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications

•             Health care industry experience

•             Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI

•             Experience with API integrations
