Role: Business Analyst (Life Insurance Client Exp.)

Visa: US Citizen, Green Card only

SKILLS REQUIRED:

•              Must have Recent Experience in the Life Insurance Industry

•              Understand pre-defined scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitates and documents As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis of Business processes.

•              Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements and ensures technical requirements & design meet and support the business needs.

•              Plans, coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs.

•              Provides oversight for business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation.
