Job Title: Business Analyst – Level 1 (Must be Local)

Location: Champaign, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: 18 Months/ Contract

Interview Mode: MS Team

USC/GC Only

Client Domain: Government

Max Rate: $40.

The target start date for this role is February 1^st and the duration is estimated to be (i.e. 1 ½ years).

This is a HYBRID role so only candidates that are willing to be onsite 2 days per week are currently being considered.   Only US Citizens / Green Card holders considered and the rate cap falls at $40.00/hour.

Business Analyst – Level 1

Responsibilities

• Participate in User requirements gathering efforts & write specifications for developers.
• Interact with Subject Matter Experts to conduct current and target state analysis
• Focused on deliverables such as reports, queries, workflows, interfaces.  
• Organize and Facilitate meetings
• Generate basic requirements documentation, write user stories and workflow diagrams, following standard guidelines and protocols for requirements gathering
• Develop and document test scenarios with input from SME’s

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Proficient generating documentation (including Visio diagrams) is key
• Experience with Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• STRONG written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience – preferred
