• Experience in coordinating and leading multiple technical and business teams with data cleansing and migration efforts within the context of a large software implementation project. – 5+ years
• Experience documenting data cleansing and migration plans, and explaining such plans to technical teams, business teams, and vendors. – 5+ years
• Experience working with information technology teams while implementing new processes involving new software. – 3+ years
• Experience using enterprise data cleansing and migration tools. – 5+ years
• Experience understanding and creating relational database schema, SQL, formal descriptions of data, data structures, and data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, data dependencies, and data relationships. – 5+ years
• Experience defining and enforce data standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, dependability, quality, and usability through the use of appropriate security, verification, and data management practices. – 5+ years
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools and Azure DevOps for documenting data cleansing and migration plans. – 4+ years
• Expert verbal and written communication with client management, technical team, project management, business management, and business staff in English. – 8+ years
• Experience in identifying data cleansing and migration risks and assisting in the resolution of project issues. – 5+ years
• Experience using basic SQL with an understanding of the how data migration and reporting tools such as SSRS and SSIS are used. – 4+ years
