Mandatory Skills: Java/MF development background
Job Description:
- Senior 10-to-13-year total organizational experience
- Java/MF development background à who can read the complex application as well as help the team member if needed
- Product/BA experience à able to read complex application and convert the logics to business meaningful language
- QA/Automation background à plus point as its helps with critical thinking of the system and application
- Presentation skills à ppt/deck/Visio etc
- Agile knowledge à good to have but not mandatory
