• Act as a subject matter expert in payroll systems, specializing in Workday and its integration with ADP, EV5, Streamline, and Celergo products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather payroll requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
• Analyze existing payroll processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for streamlining and optimizing GL Postings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues, provide technical support, and collaborate with vendors if required.
• Utilize technical knowledge of SSO setup and IAM process to ensure secure access and efficient management of payroll systems.
• Apply SDLC methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as an experienced Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Utilize Jira or similar project management tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
