Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Virtual Account Management (VAM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications, use cases, and other documentation to support the design and implementation of VAM and LMS solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams and third-party vendors to design and implement VAM and LMS solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of VAM and LMS implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of VAM and LMS systems, and serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Analyze data collected from VAM and LMS systems to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new VAM and LMS systems, including communication, training, and addressing resistance to change.
- Monitor the performance of VAM and LMS systems over time and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and implement enhancements or optimizations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Virtual Account Management (VAM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
