Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst – Virtual Account Management (VAM) & Learning Management System (LMS) is must

Rate: $50/hr. On C2C
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Virtual Account Management (VAM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  3. Develop comprehensive functional specifications, use cases, and other documentation to support the design and implementation of VAM and LMS solutions.
  4. Work closely with technical teams and third-party vendors to design and implement VAM and LMS solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
  5. Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of VAM and LMS implementations.
  6. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of VAM and LMS systems, and serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  7. Analyze data collected from VAM and LMS systems to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
  8. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new VAM and LMS systems, including communication, training, and addressing resistance to change.
  9. Monitor the performance of VAM and LMS systems over time and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and implement enhancements or optimizations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Virtual Account Management (VAM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
