JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Skills (Must have): • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • Proven experience working as a Business System Analyst or similar role, with a focus on customer master data management. • Experience with data cleansing techniques and tools. • Familiarity with data hygiene best practices and strategies. • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. • Strong understanding of customer master data management, including data standardization and data hygiene. • Expertise in MDM, and customer matching techniques, including probabilistic matching and fuzzy matching. • Proficiency in SQL
