1] Brainware Specialist with SAP Integration Experience
Location:  Remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation & Configuration: Install and configure Brainware software, ensuring seamless integration with OnBase and SAP systems.
  • Scan Queues Management: Set up and manage scan queues to optimize document processing workflows.
  • Vendor File Management: Configure and maintain vendor files to ensure accurate data capture and processing.
  • Workflow Configuration: Design and implement workflows to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth integration of Brainware with existing OnBase and SAP systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Brainware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and workflows. Provide training to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Brainware certification is required.
  • Proven experience with OnBase and SAP integration.
  • Strong understanding of document capture and processing workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Description:
 
  • Proficiency in managing Identity Management, SiteMinder and Federation Manager: implementing and maintaining security technology solutions supporting identity management, SiteMinder, and Federation Manager for internal and external users. The third-party product is CA LDAP (Computer Associates).
  • System maintenance, configuration of system parameters, performance tuning, system health monitoring and checks, knowledge of support packs deployment, Release notes etc. Experience in configuration of Identity Management, SiteMinder and Federation Manager.
  • Knowledge on upgrade and Migration techniques – must have done system upgrades including technical and functional upgrades. Knowledge on different upgrade paths, migration options. Handling/treatment of modified and custom objects during the upgrade. Successfully drive migration project through the various stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Skills in managing system and database backups, restoration/recovery process. Knowledge on MaxDB Database Management, backup process and coordinate backup activities, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Ensure stability and security of the system during and after upgrade/migration, applying security patches, managing user access etc. Manage complete Application Migration Activities, validate successful functioning of servers, application, Database, and entire system landscape for Identity Management, SiteMinder and Federation Manager. Continuous monitoring of System alerts, OS/DB and system logs and take appropriate actions as needed.
  • Coordination with development team and provide guidance for testing.
  • Post go-live (migration/upgrade) support – System monitoring, and incident resolution as needed in the post transition to VMC2.
  • Ability to support application developers’ integration with directory environment.
  • Experience administering one or more directories, such as Active Directory, Oracle/Sun Directory Server, Open LDAP, or CA Directory is a plus.

  • Responsible for all aspects of the Icertis implementation including vision and use cases development, configuration, template rationalization and preparation, integration design, and implementation roadmap.
  • Work closely with client project teams to provide functional expertise to ensure successful solution design and delivery of contract lifecycle management platforms
  • Maintain documentation of project requirement, design decision and configuration details such as workbook, BRD and IRD.
  • Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or challenges Performing testing and validation of configurations and customization to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Provide ongoing support to post implementation, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, user training and system / Process enhancement
