• Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM 8.x or 9.x
• Knowledge of BMC Remedy on Linux platforms

Secondary skills/experience

• SQL Knowledge
• Oracle database experience
• Experienced with MS Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio
