Key Qualifications
1. Structured thought process to bring the information and data together to enable design of business solution.
2. Work with cross functional teams to design and support business process solution using data and intelligence
3. Hands on experience with data mining and data exploration using relevant tools and techniques to perform explorative analysis and to answer business questions(Inventory Management, Shrinkage, Refurb operations/Manufacturing process etc.)
4. Ability to transform business question to data driven solution and proven track record of doing it in previous roles and responsibility
5. 8+ years of relevant experience in design, development and maintenance of Business Intelligence, reporting and data applications and analytics solutions
6. Expertise with Tableau and data visualization, demonstrated abilities in developing reports using SAP BOBJ or similar tools
7. Advanced knowledge of SQL/Teradata/Snowflake Tableau etc
8. Good work ethic and passion to go beyond what is expected
9. Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into analytical insights Description
• Design, develop, and support dashboards and reports.
Provide analysis to support business management and executive decision-making.
• Proven expertise in translating ambiguous business requirements into technical and analytical insights using various technology platforms.
• Demonstrated experience to show strong work ethic and passion to go above and beyond, and willingness to work with a global and geographically diverse team

• Must Skills : SAP BTP Build, SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation and SAP Build Work Zone
• Should have minimum 1 full project life-cycle experience with Build Apps or 2+ Projects SAP BTP Node/Java Application development experience with complete SAP Build practical knowledge
• Should have strong experience & knowledge on SAP BTP Services like Destinations, XSUAA, EvenMesh, Job Schedulers
• Should have strong knowledge SAP BTP Architecture and SAP BTP Cloud deployment process / dev ops process
• Should be able to design and walk thru the designed solution by comparing possible options, pros & cons of designed solution.
• Should have experience in building Low-code/No-code web and mobile application development
• Should be able to build Backend application using Backend Editor developing Entities, Functions
• Should be able to develop Visual cloud functions, data modeling and data persistence
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) – Build, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) – Integration Suite
• 10 & Above
