About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Oracle ERP, Testing, and Tosca to join our organization. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to drive successful project outcomes, guide clients through ERP implementation, ensure high-quality testing, and optimize automation processes using Tosca. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle ERP Implementation & Support:
  • Lead and manage Oracle ERP projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide expert-level support for Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, HRMS, SCM) to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze business processes and provide solutions for improved ERP system utilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, working with cross-functional teams to implement fixes.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and cases for Oracle ERP and Tosca automation projects.
  • Lead the QA process across multiple stages of the project lifecycle (from design to implementation), ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure a smooth deployment by identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Manage end-to-end testing of applications, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Automation with Tosca:
  • Design and implement automated test scripts using Tosca to support continuous integration and delivery.
  • Drive the automation strategy, ensuring it aligns with business and technical requirements.
  • Optimize and maintain Tosca test cases to enhance system efficiency and minimize testing efforts.
  • Train and mentor team members on Tosca testing and automation best practices.
• Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
  • Interface directly with clients to understand their business needs, define project scope, and propose solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and best practices on Oracle ERP implementation and automation.
  • Lead workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and high-quality solutions.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members, providing guidance on technical and functional aspects of the project.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment to ensure that all project team members contribute effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, business analysis, and infrastructure) to ensure project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, configuration, and support, with strong proficiency in core modules.
  • Proven expertise in Tosca Test Automation and testing processes.
  • Deep understanding of quality assurance processes, test strategy formulation, and test execution.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture, workflows, and integration points.
  • Expertise in Tosca Test Automation tools (including Tosca Commander, Tosca Automation, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in test management, including defect management and tracking.
  • Experience with SQL and database testing.
  • Familiarity with integration testing, performance testing, and security testing is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams in a consulting environment.
  • High degree of client orientation and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Oracle ERP (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) or Tosca (e.g., Tosca Certified Professional).
• Experience in additional test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with other Oracle ERP modules and integrations, such as Oracle Cloud solutions.
