Job Description:
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and securing job placements for consultants who are on the bench (currently not on a project). You will work closely with our team and clients to understand their staffing needs and find suitable opportunities for consultants.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
