• A DevOps Lead professional with at least 5-8 years of experience in leading a team of professionals in a DevOps Environment – Must
• Containerization & Orchestration – Proficiency in containerizing applications (Kubernetes & Docker) and managing container orchestration & experience spinning up on-demand, container-based test environments – Must
• Design and Implementing CI/CD pipeline, preferably on Azure DevOps – Must
• Experience and knowledge in one or more scripting languages like Java, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, Python – Must
• Good presentation and communication skills – Must
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to manage and provision infrastructure consistently – Must
• Quality Engineering Knowledge & Experience
• Tooling & Automation – Skilled in setting up automated testing frameworks, integrating test suites (unit, integration, performance, etc.), and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of Current DevOps Best Practices and Culture
• Experience in design and implementation of DevOps practices
• Experienced in partnering with clients and building roadmaps, implementation plans, and status reports

• Experience as a DevOps engineer
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
• Good knowledge of Ruby or Python
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit
