Azure DevOps Engineer Level 2 [Cincinnati, OH, 45202]

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer who is comfortable with automating and maintaining cloud infrastructures as it relates to Store Associate Technology. Our mission is to architect redundant, resilient, scalable, self-sustaining, and self-healing infrastructure. We utilize a variety of tools for infrastructure scaling and automation with the close supervision of our DevOps specialists and their organizational discipline. The ideal candidate will have superb troubleshooting skills, a passion for automating everything, and a sense of ownership.

Qualifications:

• Azure Cloud implementation; Google Cloud is a bonus

• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using GitHub Actions

• Software development experience OR Sysadmin/Networking

• System operations and observability experience

• Release and deployment of both Mobile and web application

• Knowledge and practical use of APM tool (Dynatrace preferred)

• Large system design and implementation

• Work in an Agile environment

• Nice to have: Single Store, Launch Darkly, IDP (internal developer platforms)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Azure Cloud infrastructure – administration, engineering, maintenance, and operations

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment of applications

• Develop and document standards across the Cloud (Azure, GCP & On-Prem)

• Develop self-service, observability, monitoring, and alerting tools 

• Interact with cloud enablement, networking, corporate security, and others

• Apply changes in a non-prod environment; prepare changes for production environment

• Serve as an escalation point for the production of major incidents

• Collaborate with Architecture, Product Management, etc on implementation plans
