Required Skills & Experiences:
- 5+ years of Tibco MFT experience in UNIX and Windows enterprise environments.
- Proven hands-on experience in managed file transfer protocols and technologies such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, SSH, SSL, HTTPS, AS2, and secure file transfer methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in file transfer protocols, E2E development/testing of MFT flows, and industry standards for secure file transmission, network requirements, and API enablement.
- Strong understanding of batch job scheduling concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Stonebranch, CA7, Cron).
- Solid knowledge of scripting languages such as shell scripting, JavaScript, web programming like HTML and JSP, Python, Ansible, SQL stored procedures for MS SQL Server and workflow development.
- Familiarity with PGP and SFTP/SSH encryption algorithms, data security, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR) is a MUST.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to file transfers and batch job execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex system issues.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with mainframe file transmissions.
Experience working in financial industries.
